Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. If we receive an unusually high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping: 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may fluctuate due to carrier disruptions, customs clearance procedures, weather events, logistical limitations, or public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. Tracking details typically activate within 24-48 hours after the package is dispatched.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and fully completed at checkout. Tin yong CHAN is not liable for orders shipped to wrong or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. When a package gets returned as a result of address mistakes, additional reshipping fees may be charged.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package goes missing while in transit, kindly reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Damaged Items: If your items arrive with visible damage, please send us a message within 48 hours after delivery and supply clear photos showing the damaged bags and original packaging. We will assess your case and find a proper solution promptly.
Bag Care and Usage Notice
Your bags should be used and maintained following the care guidance attached to each item. Tin yong CHAN will not take responsibility for defects stemming from improper cleaning, rough handling, modification, or inappropriate use of the products.
International Shipping and Customs Notice
For cross-border shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import levies may apply based on the rules of your destination country. Such fees fall under the customer’s obligation and are not covered in the product price or shipping cost.
